Rostov Region - Nishne-Gnilovskaya
The disaster at Stalingrad has not only surrounded and destroyed the 6th Army, but Red Army penetration all the way to the Don River has threatened all of Army Group Don in the Caucuses. The Russians have established a bridgehead over the Don river west of Rostov and the Germans must drive them back or face a disaster far greater than that of Stalingrad.
HTH Only. Original design uses the full winter mod, but it looks and plays just fine without it. Definitely sets the tone though. ;-)
