Zip programmes? - Copper - 12-21-2006 My free winzip has expired and I hate waiting for it to run the unregistered version... any other zip extraction programmes out there that you can recommend?? Bootie RE: Zip programmes? - KTN - 12-21-2006 Im in the same boat as you. Waiting for the counter to 150 or something like that to unzip files:( RE: Zip programmes? - Fubar - 12-21-2006 What counter is that? I have the freeware version and all i get is a text box reminding me to register the product which i just click close on and i'm all set as normal. :conf: RE: Zip programmes? - raz_atoth - 12-21-2006 Why bother with winzip when there's something called zipgenius? http://www.zipgenius.it/eng/index.php RE: Zip programmes? - mixmaster - 12-21-2006 PBEM Helper will zip the files for you. This only works with PBEM files though.... RE: Zip programmes? - Copper - 12-21-2006 Thanks guys. Bootie RE: Zip programmes? - FM WarB - 12-21-2006 As the winzip counter scrolls by, just click the [I agree] button and it automaticly opens. this is true for WinZip® Version 8.1 SR-1 (5266) RE: Zip programmes? - USS Wyoming - 12-21-2006 You know, we could just buy it? I know, I know, what the hell am I thinking? RE: Zip programmes? - kineas - 12-21-2006 How about WinRAR? It can read and create .zip files, and there's no time limit in the shareware version. RE: Zip programmes? - Soldier - 12-21-2006 Come on cheap skates, just buy the software license to your WinZip! :-) I've bought it years ago and use it still without a glitch. It is one of the very few programs (not included in windows) that you will use on regular basis.. |
