Everyone playing games at the moment should communicate if they are patching up.
Remember the default will put you back to the old assault rule?

Hi Steffen,

Click on the "members" tab at the very top of the Matrix webpage. Then you'll need to set up a member login on the Matrix website if you don't have one already (v1.04 is still a beta release so its not on the public download page). Once you've logged in you should be at URL:

http://www.matrixgames.com/community/members.asp

Then on the right side of this page you'll see a link to "registered downloads"; click there. JTCS v1.04 should be on the list with a hot link that says either "Register" or "Downloads" ... if it says "Register" then you've still got one more step; find the serial number for your Matrix CS and register your copy.

Hope that helps; looking forward to our Holland tourney matchup my friend.

RE: 1.04 beta is in - Smedley - 08-24-2008

I plan on waiting for the "official" release of 1.04 before upgrading. Hopefully, I won't have to wait to long. In the meantime, I am trying to finish up as many battles as I can. Some fights have no chance of being complete before the upgrade. I don't mind playing with the old assault rules and I hope my opponents share my thoughts on this.

My experiances with 'members' or 'beta' release have been painful. I don't wish to repeat them.

So that you know...........

Rob

Good point Rob. Just sent you my turn noting I haven't upgraded yet. As I understand if you upgrade, your in progress scenarios go back to the old assault rules by default. That would be a catastrophe at this point in our game.

I'm not upgrading until the official patch.

Didn't play any game for 3 weeks with the beta 1.03 patch.

Gents:

I've upgraded to ver. 1.04.

Reminder - "extreme assault" option is the "new" "bugfree" (keeping my fingers & toes crossed) assault rules. :chin:
