MC FANS - TOURNAMENT - sergio - 11-14-2009 Hi mates, for the Modern Campaigns fans, there is a new Tournament: http://moderntourny.bravehost.com/THEBLITZ.htm I have chosen some, i hope, balanced scenarios. If there are few players it will be an 8 players Tournament, if there are some interest there could be 16 players... or maybe 32!!. The winners in the first round will play next round against each other. Losers will be out... to the last man!! I need from you to know which games do you have, because I have selected 6 scenarios from 3 MC games (Middle East, Fulda Gap and North German Plain). I do so for game balance. I'll randomly assign scenarios to play, and player pairings for the first round... so some of you will be playing different games in the same round!!, the winners will be assigned a side to play and a new scenario, and so on. That will give you the same uncertainty than in modern warfare! Will be you commanding your Leopards in North Germany Plains or will be you commanding your Egyptian T-55 through the Suez Canal? RE: MC FANS - TOURNAMENT - Dog Soldier - 11-17-2009 FWIW, I would say you get at least one game posted on the HPS OPC ladder. Being in boot camp could cause you to be deleted from the ladder by the system after three months since joining the ladder without reporting your first game. (See ROE section). All ladders work independent of each other. That is not a good situation if you are in a torunament. That is just my opinion. Sergio is the tournament director so it is his call.
