Impressive 1/6 figures - Weasel - 12-14-2011

Check out this web site of the figures this fellow is doing, all by hand and home made. The Band Of Brother figures are truly remarkable.

Amazing! That part four scene was so easily identified, even all the characters.

Hey man, how ya doing, long time no communication. World Juniors in Alberta in a week...WOOOT!! Guess you won't get to watch them with the time difference eh.

Yeah, that guy is amazing for his modelling ability, and that he does it all by hand from scratch is incredible.

Finns have couple of interesting players, any I should keep an eye on from your team? Right you are, probably won't see any of them live and local network is not showing anything, I'll see what I can find from internet.

I have to admit there is such a great pool of Cdn talent that it is hard to pick one, in fact we have at least one player who could go as a first round NHL pick who wasn't even invited to training camp. I wish the Olympics would go back to amateurs, they are the true heart of the sport.

One that you might want to keep an eye on from Finns is Barkov, 16 year-old, a bit slow but otherwise excellent center. There's plenty of talent in Finnish offense but defense need to be able to feed them which might not happen. I agree on the olympics, more fun that way.

Poor old Finland got clobbered big time eh. Canada has not faced any real competition at all in the tournament, even team USA today sucked and only when Can. got bored and let down their play did the US come back to score two.

I am trying out a new operating system called UBUTU, I guess it is big in Europe but I just heard of it, it is Linux based but easy as Windows to use so far. I hate MS, only use it because I have too.

The Blitz kills my Firefox, now I'm using IE which I hate, something in common eh :)

Yeah, not a good game but a good wake up call. Haven't been able to see any of the games, sucks. Friend who doesn't have to bother getting to work told that the Can - Rus was like a game of the year for him. Good action from start to finish.

Linux is not big here but bigger than there that's for sure. We have couple of servers running on those variants but still the MS runs the world even though I use open office and firefox :)

RE: Impressive 1/6 figures - Weasel - 01-23-2012

Why does FF not work with the Blitz, it is what I use, FF 9.

My video card HD6850, hated Ubuntu, lots of flashing and stuff and since I don't know how to write code I had to scrap it. If Linux ever gets to the diver support that Windoz has then I will switch.
