RE: playing a campaign game - Liquid_Sky - 08-06-2013 Hmm..I have played a few campaigns. Khakov '42 less then a year. Stalingrad '42 about a year. Normandy '44 up to turn 257 was a year. One on one it may take you longer to play a turn, but two or more there is almost always at least one player who cannot get to the turn right away. But, a team game has it's own rewards. RE: playing a campaign game - Landser34 - 06-23-2019 Ive played several Minsk about a year Kursk about 4 months Stalingrad over a year Korsun about a year.I think if campaign is over 200 turns you are looking at least a year because everybody cant do a turn a day some people your lucky if you get a turn a week. RE: playing a campaign game - Lowlander - 06-23-2019 We need a addition to the Save and Save As options when you have to break/suspend the turn part way thro. Why, because most campaign games can become a click-fest as more reinforcement and releases increase the number of units I.E. workload. Would like to have a " Save Point " therefore when I open the campaign file I can select and continue from where I left off.
