It was noticed within one of the "Crisis in Sirte" scenarios, with Brits vs Libyans. I am not sure if it plays a difference here, in short if you have been able to fire your MANPADs then those units did not have the issue. All in all, it does address some valid bugs so better to download the JSGME Mod and activate it. Sorry, I should have remembered to mention it here at the time the HOT FIX became available.
