RE: Stalingrad Fatigue? - Jazman - 09-08-2006 Good point on having the AI move my units. Absolute total brainlock on my part on the game where it'd be most useful! I'm not complaining too vigorously here, it's just that I was in a bit of a doldrum on some parts of S42; the initial offensive was quite interesting. It's just the time spent getting ready for the next offensive. I guess it does capture the flavor of Russian offensives. RE: Stalingrad Fatigue? - Sgt Fury - 09-09-2006 RE: Stalingrad Fatigue? - Aolain - 09-09-2006 While I agree that moving the Soviet colossos during storm turns is a pain, but thats the weather. Actually, I dont find the game too hard to play, while there are a lot of Soviet units, I find that moving them is not all that onerous. And later in the game--when waiting the German counter attack, the soviet does not move all that many units. RE: Stalingrad Fatigue? - Jazman - 09-09-2006 I'm at the point where the movement is settling down. It's looking up. |
