RE: GREEN LIGHT TOURNEY - PoorOldSpike - 07-17-2008 COMBAT FOOTAGE-The River Risnervich's ZIS-3 gun that trashed my 8-wheeler and a panzer in post#11 is now given payback as I hop my whole panzer group forward 100 metres on 'fast' to give them LOS on the gun. The gun is knocked out as the panzers halt and fire (inset). It fired back a few times but missed. (Tac note- I used 'fast' rather than 'hunt' because I simply wanted to dump the whole group of 11 panzers in the guns LOS without any messing around, whereas if i'd used 'hunt' the front rank of only 3 panzers would have stopped when they saw the gun, and the remaining 8 would have bumped into their rear and begun milling uselessly around) ![[Image: Ris-guna.gif]](http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g64/PoorOldSpike/Competitons/Ris-guna.gif)
RE: GREEN LIGHT TOURNEY - PoorOldSpike - 07-17-2008 RULE CHANGE The tourney will end at midnight September 30th, I added an extra 2 weeks to give it a neat 10-week duration from its start yesterday. Players will now be able to plan their file-return rates better, ie the two games have a total of 40 turns, so everybody can aim to play 4 turns per week (4 x 10 = 40) piece o' cake..:) |
