What is more fair, voting for what you know or voting because you have to? If Valor reviews his vote parameters and wants us to vote for one of each then we can go back and edit our votes? If RS scenarios are rarely played that would be reflected in the voting, under the parameters we have now? It's not a reflection on scenario designers or designs? It's more what players like to play? Not even sure what the designers are doing these days. I even do not like some of the scenarios I've seen voted on here, in this thread. I could vote for some of my own but, they've not been vetted or stood the test of time. :rolleyes: Half are in need of upgrading with the release of version 1.04 and the incompatablility to the Blitz project disk. The other half need updating due to the experience I've had designing more/new scenarios. I've gone back to my first ever design and I am reworking it. :) I'm going to take a walk through each design in turn and correct problems while updating to version 1.04. That feeling that can only be generated when going up against a Sicilian when death is on the line. 2) H2H (I mean the real thing, online, where the men are separated from the sheep), "A Small Bridge" is really good (as long as you get the first couple of turns sussed as the allies) 3) Any large (i.e. size 8+), historical (i.e. accurate), where the good guys (i.e. the Allies), can make history (i.e. change the course of the war), I am a sucker for. umbro |
