RE: TIS questions, is the modification fair? - Glenn Saunders - 10-26-2010 The key point I think as Ed said is - If you don't like it - make a copy of the OOB and turn off the flag. Then make copies of Scns you want to play withTIS Off and have these read your modified OOB. Put another way - it is in the game and widely accepted as OK by enough people that it isn't likely something that will be changed or will be adjusted so you can modify your own effects.
