RE: Assaulting with disrupted units. - Outlaw Josey Wales - 05-09-2012 Then again, how many units in real life assaulted while disrupted? Like in ACW or Napoleonics, naps I think, why can't units change formations while disrupted? They are still disrupted and their new formation is still haggard because of it. RE: Assaulting with disrupted units. - Herr Straße Laufer - 05-12-2012 OJW, Disrupted units lose their cohesion. A machine that needed many minutes, and up to hours, forming or changing formation, like a Napoleonic unit changing from column to line, or skirmish to any good order formation, was not going to complete a task regardless of when it was started. ![]() Disrupted is a formation. It is the lack of regular formation. Guys do not work as a group when they are disrupted. The difference between a mob and column is that the column obeys orders, the mob doesn't. :march: ![]() ![]() HSL |
