Number one cause of this kind of error. The scenario creator was likely modifying the artillery in the game, and if the artillery do not appear under the 'umbrella' of command, the game won't recognize the shot. (it won't show the crosshairs, but the gun will fire - but I never tested to see how much, if any, attack factors go into the fire mission). Another symptom is 'orphaned' officers and HQ's - said units will appear to have no subordinate units. |
