And in general be sporting about issues they may have. Not trying to negate what @panzer Lehr is saying just filling in the procedure. I often play 15+ game a time and currently I have had 5 games that have gone over three weeks without a move but my opponents let me know so we are cool. But when they don't let you know and just disappear without a trace, well that is just plain annoying and that is what the rule is there for.
