RE: anyone noticed - phoenix - 12-19-2018 Well, it's stuffed again. I've just gone through the three hour process of windows 10 forcing update 1809 on my machine and at the end of that I again have this slow down issue. The same one Lowlanders fix cured. Only now the offending update doesn't appear in the list I can uninstall. This is what the list looks like now. RE: anyone noticed - phoenix - 12-19-2018 OK. following on from the above. In case anyone else gets a reoccurence. This worked for me.
