Hi Chad, The shortcut for the legacy screen was built into the initial North Africa installer, but we removed it in the subsequent 1.01 patch as it essentially didn't work. There was issues where it wouldn't update to use the correct installation directory. This is also the reason why you can't see it in the prior titles. People have to make their own shortcut as laid out by Kareil with the easiest way being to copy the existing game exe shortcut and then using the shortcut properties to add the -d to the end.
