Any thoughts as to why? I think you have mentioned almost all possible reasons. 1. Short time between Japan 45 & Japan 46 releases 2. Competition with other recent JTS releases, including Gold Updates 3. Hypothetical campaign, 1946 even more so. 4. Japan 45 Operation Olympic vs just Japan 46 ... 5. This goes both ways, but release was combined with sale - I bought Japan 46, but many may have bought wish list games instead 6. How many NEW players are JTS games attracting? There is such an abundance of JTS games to choose from, all Campaign level games updated and new, some titles are bound to be less popular. I am afraid that Serbia 14 sales might also be disappointing compared to F14 and EP14. Luxury for (niche) players, plenty of choice. Maybe the market is more saturated than before. RE: Japan '45 and '46 updates released - unonimus - 04-18-2020 I think I have found something strange in the .pdt file of Japan '45. Movement Cost for Hard Halftrack for Brush hexes is 118(!); it used to be 12. Was it a typo (instead of 18) or was it intentional? See the corrected PDT file attached. Coronet (Japan '46) has the correct values. David RE: Japan '45 and '46 updates released - unonimus - 04-18-2020 Thank you. |
