RE: modding map hexes in Modern Campaigns? - neonlicht - 05-02-2021 Many thanks indeed for all replies, info, encouragement & support--much appreciated! Thanks, too, to all those working on corrections, modifications, and updates to this excellent series. :-) RE: modding map hexes in Modern Campaigns? - Green - 05-02-2021 (05-02-2021, 06:22 PM)_72z Wrote: :) I was being conservative .... if you have that file open, if you right click on one of those hexes it would be interesting to see if the map has it coded as a road. Yes, both hexes have 'Primary' hex sides, exactly as you would expect, based on the 3D image. The title is Danube Front '85. RE: modding map hexes in Modern Campaigns? - Hoyt Burrass - 05-04-2021 There is a map editor, but it is not available to the public. Its availability is limited to designers working on games. In the editor each hex is edited individually...I expect the anomaly you see with road hexes in the Danube, is just a proofing error where a random road hex should have been cleared but was not....it's easy to miss these things sometime. |
