France - leadership and 2,000 troops
Italy - 2,000 - 3,000 troops
Bangladesh - two battalions (up to 2,000 troops)
Malaysia - one battalion
Spain - one mechanised battalion
Indonesia - one battalion, an engineering company
Nepal - one battalion
Denmark - at least two ships
Poland - 500 troops
Finland - 250 troops
Belgium - 302 troops, later rising to 392
Germany - maritime and border patrols but no combat troops
Norway - 100 soldiers

Pulled that from an article on BBC.

But of course the Israelis are against the Malays,Indonesians and Bengalis as they don't recognise Israel.

I've also heard that heard that Turkey will give up to 5000 men to the UN troops. I guess there might also be some African troops as well.

Yeah, I'm pretty impressed by Jukka's restrain :)

RE: Offline - Grumbler - 08-31-2006

There's a thought. A Finnish raid on Sweden to capture the Bikini Team. Or was that maybe what started it all anyway? I'll bet the UN would have no trouble coming up with troops to police that one.

Whoa! Eek

That's just about the one thing you shouldn't mention to a Finn.... ;)

No matter what kind of Bikini Team (full of 6 foot tall Swedish blonds with DD breasts and all too small bras) would do the teaching, it wouldn't erase the fact that learning Swedish is some high form of masochism. So Grumbler can open the books and learn about the adventures of Hasse och Bosse on his own risk - I've been there and wouldn't want the same for anybodyCry.

Well, I'm just bitter as I have to learn the whole thing again in university in order to have any chances of becoming a public servant...a byrocrat... The horror, the horror!:hissy:

Cheers,
Jukka

I was thinking of a few phrase, not the entire language. Something along the lines of "OH YES, right there", "Yes that's it, don't stop, don't stop", "Oh my! you have a nice _____". I wouldn't need much more then that.
Of course with my luck the first phrase I would learn would be "I need the credit card" Followed shortly there after by "I want a new credit card, they said this one is over the limit".

Unlikely..., the Finns already have the best girls in all of Scandinavia... Big Grin

I am American. Americans, as well as being arrogant, are culturally unable to grasp the concept of 'to much of a good thing'. The foundation stones of capitalism are greed and effort. If one hot blonde is goot, two is better.
BTW, I seem to remember you trolling for games a while back. Did you catch your limit, or do you still have a line in the water?
