Hi again, I couldn't find it on the V-man site. Are these modified on-map counter improvements or unit info box art? And are they available for other games besides Smolensk like N44? Thanks for your help.

heh, you won't find the custom 2D Symbol features sets on Volcano's site because they are, um, my custom 2D symbol sets...

In other words, I took several different modder's 2D symbol sets and cut and pasted the various symbols until I got a set that appealed to me--whether they are an improvement or not is purely a matter of personal taste. I've forgotten what exactly I've changed, but I think for instance that I swapped out some mine and trench symbols, etc.

I could try to post my custom files if you'd like to see them, although I've already forgotten which modder's work I used for which symbols, so I will not be able to give proper attribution/credit.

let's try again, four files:

As you'll see, one of the things I did was change the color of the supply bases to grey for German and brown for Sov (I only play east front games, so these colors made more sense to me).
