RE: What are you SB guys looking for? - Wodin - 11-06-2020 I love the series. For me it's by far the best tactical turn based top down game around. However it does have some issues ones that if sorted would make SB pretty much unbeatable. First Multi Level buildings please. Next a new resupply mechanic to make that huge Stalingrad game work without the need of umpires and special rules. That would be awesome. Campaign system where soldiers can get medals. Some between battle chrome and management of forces would be cool. Next I hate the running low on ammo and abstract wound mechanic, it can turn an MG42 into a pea shooter. Proper ammo counts and adjustable rate of fire would be a god send, plus a wound and more detailed vehicle damage model. I so wish the folks doing Panzer Battles where handed the SB source code. The game is just a few steps from all time greatness. |
