Windows update around Feb 16, according to my brother. He doesn't have a graphics card. Uses integrated graphics from the Intel chip.

Thanks Dave. Matrix also asked whether any of you guys having recent issues have the latest ME or VN version, and if the same issue is there with those games as well?

I can second Dave's response.  It was the Feb 15th update.  Windows 11, version 24H2.

I updated Windows today (was on pause) to Windows 11, version 24H2.  Used your link to update graphics and I am good to go.
