Two questions:

1. Tournament " Battle for Iraq " to win it was important to destroy more soldier of the opponent, thus the the soldier could not regretting be thrown under tanks. The best victorious tactics.

Whether it is necessary to encourage those commanders who protects the armies ?
For example to subtract from points the destroyed armies of the opponent of loss points own armies = final result of fight.

2. The outcome of this or that fight in a round influences adjacent sites of front how it is made in campaign " Twilight Europe " ?
Or it will be historical tournament ?

Hi Epoletov

Answers to your questions:

1. This tournament is different to the Batle for Iraq. To win it is take and hold type of battle. The victory hexes in this game mean you must capture the most flags and keep them. The scoring will be done on how many victory hexes are held. If two players recieve the same amount of victory hexes then the Tournament Master (ME) will use the amount of points scored to break the deadlock.

Points will be awarded like this:
A. Win - 3 Points
B. Draw - 2 Points
C. Loss - 1 Point

2. And yes the outcomes of the battles will influence the outcome of round 2. As you can notice there are no battles posted for round 2 on the website.

I hope that answers the questions for you Epoletov. :) And dosn't confuse anyone.

Wigam, there's been an error on the tournament roster. I signed up to defend the Rodina and our fraternal socialist brethren, not to protect the rotten capitalists and the bourgeoisie of the NATO

Please put me back with my comrades! When we start pouring down the Fulda gap, we won't stop until we relieve the Rhine watchguard ("Wacht am Rhein") :whis:

Hi Wigam
I seem to have timed my holiday badly...oops.
I would like to play the tourney, either side is OK by me.
Is there still room?
I only have time to quickly write this message as I am off to snorkel off the beach here in Manta Ray Island, Fiji....there is an amazing coral reef right there and more insanely coloured fish than I can count.
Life sucks Big Grin

I am back to my computer in a couple of days.
I will check to see if I am Russian or NATO.

Cheers
Walrus
