RE: Korea '50 preview - Warhorse - 03-03-2010

Just glad to help out on this, nice someone else shares the interest!! As for the CS one, after we are done with the Middle East game, I think we are doing Vietnam, then starting on my game in earnest! We already have a few scenarios, but is slow going as resources are concentrated on the Middle East right now. I think this mod will be great also as it is in the operational venue. Thanks again P.Ako!

Bumping this thread to show you people, a shot of the trial scenario that i use for testing the unit's graphics.

I propose you a game, try and guess what country is each colour.
A clue? The Kuomintang is the only nation missing (IE, all the historical nations that took part in Korea are there.

Good luck with your guessings!

PS: Warhorse sorry but due to your privileged knowledge of the mod you can't play.

Most people don't know but in the Dutch Btn was also a detachment of the Dutch Korps Commandotroepen (KCT) of platoon strength.

The detachement of the KCT exist out 40 professionals. They where alike the British Commando's. Also there where many Dutch Ex-Para's and Ex-Commando's individuals who where divided in the Dutch btn. These where veterans from the Dutch-Indonesian conflict.

From begin 1951 to the end of the confict receives every member of the Dutch Btn a six week trainingscourse from Dutch Commando's before shipping to Korea.

That's about all the info that i have.
