Welcome panzerde Salute

So will we each receive some type of email notification on how we are to proceed once this gets up & running?

Yes, I'll send the introductions once we are good to go. Let us target next weekend.

Meanwhile, please everyone make sure your email addresses are correctly entered in your Blitz profile.

And still room for more if interested!

RE: CS Middle East Tournament Now Recruiting! - Crossroads - 01-16-2016

OK, just send an email via TheBlitz member page called "CS Middle East PBEM Tournament" to everyone asking for the email address you want to use for the tournament.

Once sorted, we can start, hopefully already tomorrow!

Looking forward to this very much !!!

Round ONE: Tournament Set A01 - High Noon
  • All Optional Rules ON except Variable Visibility OFF
  • Side A (Israel) moving first
  • Size Modifier = 3
  • Once done, report the end result here in addition to registering the game to Blitz Ladder

SIDE A (IDF) <-> SIDE B (Libya)
  • Aces8 <-> Boisforas
  • Casebier <-> Cyrano
  • Ivan the Big <-> Josey Wales
  • Matto <-> Panzerde
  • RADO <-> Scud
  • Tiger 88 <-> Warhorse
  • Panzerde (bonus round) <-> Battle Kat (All Rules ON; AF OFF)
  • Fritzfarlig <-> RADO (bonus round)

Preferrably upload the latest 1.02 UPDATE open beta, for a latest version of scenario files.

I am sending emails out in a few hours time, including the scenario files too, to make sure we're all on a same level.

Good hunting!  Helmet Smile

RADO when you see this please send me your email, and I'll get you and Scud started!

Looking for one additional player to get myself involved too. Anyone? :)

RE: CS Middle East Tournament Now Recruiting! - Jim von Krieg - 01-30-2016

Hello everyone,

As this goes forward, I would be extremely interested in comments on the various scenarios.  Let us know what you think about the scenario and if there is something we can do to improve upon it.

I look forward to seeing the results of all of our efforts to update the Campaign Series. After all, you guys are why we did what we did.

Regards,

RE: CS Middle East Tournament Now Recruiting! - Crossroads - 01-30-2016

I just started a PBEM with Panzerde. To try out something different, we are playing our game with all Optional Rules on but AF=OFF.

So maybe in the next rounds each pairing can agree their rules, and then once reporting the game would make a note which options were used. I am sure the various scenarios will play different with different options. Would be good to know that too.
