One person might be the best in terms of being able to give you a tough game no matter what kit he's handed. Another might be a kick butt handler of armor. Another might be a tough infantry player. Some people do really well in small battles, but can't manage a larger one. And so on... Personally, I think the best way to answer "who's the best" would be to play blue on blue with identical forces on a symetrical map (What, you don't know how to play blue on blue?
