Hi Can you add me to the Tourney please? Cheers C RE: PzB Normandy tournament for beginners - Gray Nemesis - 01-22-2016 I would love to participate. Ed RE: PzB Normandy tournament for beginners - Stejones82 - 01-22-2016 DS, I am a Panzer Battles Newbie - you may check the ladder, still in bootcamp with one ongoing game with Dennis. Never played Kursk, Normandy is my first step outside Squad Battles world. Can I play, pretty please, huh, can I, can I? <grin> I think I'd like to sqare off against fellow newcomers to the PB world! Steve RE: PzB Normandy tournament for beginners - Dog Soldier - 01-25-2016 Gray Nemesis and Stejones 82 are added. Scots Greys, please excuse my mistake in adding you to this tournament in post #39. Your profile indicates you to be a PzB Kursk veteran and not eligible for this tournament. There will be a full club tournament later in the year. Sorry for my error. We have 20 confirmed members registered on the PzB Ladder. We will start now. anyone who still wants to be in can sign up on the PzB ladder and this thread by Wednesday 1/27/2016 can still get in. Each round will consist of playing two games of the same scenario against different opponents. One game will be as the Allied player, the other as the Axis player. Both games should be played at the same time to finish on time. We will be on a tight schedule. Deadlines for each round will be posted on that round's competition page. Anyone not finishing on time may be dropped from the tournament. We want to finish in time to start the full club tournament on time later this year. So please be courteous to the others in the tournament and keep up. The scenarios are small, so this should not be hard to do. Round 1 starts 01/25/2016 and should end on 02/28/2016. Best to everyone! If you have any questions post in this thread or email me. Dog Soldier RE: PzB Normandy tournament for beginners - Paul - 01-25-2016 Found it. Paul RE: PzB Normandy tournament for beginners - Hadge - 01-25-2016 Hi Can I just confirm the first game is one of the campaign series? i.e. we start a campaign - load the first scenario as a PBM and pick a side using default rules? Thanks Chris RE: PzB Normandy tournament for beginners - Strela - 01-25-2016 (01-25-2016, 10:22 PM)Hadge Wrote: Hi Hi, All campaign scenarios can be played normally without starting the Campaign game. Just start the game normally and if you scroll through the scenario list you will see all the campaign scenarios towards the bottom. The scenario you want will be listed there and you can play it like any other scenario. David RE: PzB Normandy tournament for beginners - FroBodine - 01-25-2016 Are we using the default options for all scenarios? What if we have changed the options from another game? Do they stick, or are they set per scenario? Thank you again for setting this up, Dog Soldier. |
