Campaign Pen Problem - Caius - 08-08-2006

Hi all. I friend and I are trying to get a Campaign Peninsula game going. When I receive the file it is in opponents turn and like wise when he gets the turn from me. Any ideas why this is happening? I have played two e-mail games solo to see if the same problem occurs. I played with out sending the files, then a game where I actually e-mailed to game to myself. It worked both ways fine. Thanks.

Caius

maybe you two don't have the same patch version?

Sounds like the turn is either not being advanced before its being sent, or the new file isn't being placed in the proper directory to be opened.

Also, are you guys using WinZip, or a similar program? That will help keep files from becoming corrupted when e-mailed. Here's a tutorial on that if you need it:
