This is the second printing and I ordered it directly from the publisher back in Feb, unfortunately for around $65. Seemed like a good deal at the time since first printings had been selling, used, on ebay for as much as $700! Fury. I picked up the reprint at www.amazon.ca for $56 CDN (after tax) a few months ago. I just checked again & they have about 3 copies left (more on the way).
