Bootie RE: Technical Help Required - zmoney - 08-28-2006 pcpitstop.com This site will run a test on your system for free and let you know what is wrong. RE: Technical Help Required - Copper - 08-28-2006 Thanks...tried it but it didnt really tell me anything...LOL Thanks anyway. Bootie RE: Technical Help Required - Antoni Chmielowski - 08-28-2006 Could it be a problem with your ISP ? RE: Technical Help Required - Maj. Pain - 08-29-2006 More information is needed, are you on a Cable or DSL connection? Do you have a router/lan switch on your home network? If your on cable you could have a neighbor on your trunc that is hogging bandwidth. It's also possible that a bad port on the Cable/DSL routing device could be the culprit. More than likely as Antoni mentioned before your ISP is having problems. RE: Technical Help Required - Easymeat - 08-30-2006 Check the cables, if you can try connecting to a different port. Also, what is the output of the command ping? RE: Technical Help Required - Copper - 08-30-2006 Got it sorted..... my line was having work done on it. Bootie |
