When it comes to HQs they are vital in any Scn for a command check only so that every combat unit has the HQ on the map that it is directly sub-ordinate too. This HQ is well north off the map but if the scn really needed it I would have placed it on the map on the north edge. So, if not having this HQ in this scn - or not having any particular HQ in any scn causes a problem, then send me the file so I can look at this situation.
