Confused about new rule??? - Mr Grumpy - 10-18-2006 I have loaded the latest Wagram patch and was keen to try out the new "no melee eliminations" optional rule, so i set up a test, surrounded a unit, meleed it and it was still eliminated??? Am i missing something? RE: Confused about new rule??? - rahamy - 10-18-2006 Make sure and uncheck the "Partial Retreats" optional rule. Also, it is still possible for a unit to loose a melee and be eliminated, just much less likely in a single turn.
