A changing of the guard - Weasel - 10-26-2006

Hi Guys; As you all know Paul (Steel God) has been incredibly busy the last half year and has not had much time to commit to the Blitz. He volunteered to stay on as my assitant until I could find a replacement, which I have now done.

So let me say: Thank you very much Paul for your years as leader of the SP ladder. Fantastic job well done!! cheers

And I would also like to welcome Gary (GeneralSP) as the new assitant custodian. His main duty will be to send out the welcome letter to the new players who join the SP ladder, and secondly to help monitor the SP message board. He will have full custodian privilages, just as I have.

Thanks Gary for stepping up and helping out. Big Grin

Hi Guys

Great job over the years Paul, thanks for everything. I hope you get some time to play the games still.
Good on ya for stepping up Gary, good luck with the mission.
As always, a good effort by Chris too, thanks for keeping the machine rolling mate!

Without you guys we'd be lost in cyberspace.
Respect to you all.
SALUTE///

Jason

After all these years.. great to had the opportunity to know Paul, and looking fwds to bashing Gen SP (looky who just painted a target on his chest)

Seriously.. the SP ladder owes a lot to the likes of SG, Weasel and Gen SP.. cheers

The way you all say it, makes it look like we are burying Paul or kicking him off to the old war person retirement home :)

I suppose that is why I lose so many games :)

Thanks for the kind words.

Gary

Firstly a big thanks to Paul. I haven't yet had the chance to play against you, still a lot of time for that. :)

And secondly to my old mate gary. Great to see ya get a well deserved promotion. Now if i win i beat a ladder custodian.:smg:

Paul has done an excellent job and I myself have had the pleasure of playing him,and losing, but learning much.

Thanks for all your hard work Paul, and I am sure you have left the ladder in the capable hands of Chris and Gary.cheers
