Purchased games from Jeffery88 - Havoc - 11-10-2006 I paid for 7 HPS Civil War and Napoleonic games from Jeffery88 a year ago and never received anything. After agreeing to make some kind of partial refund, he no longer answered my emails. Has anyone else had a simular experience with this individual? Unfortunately, I guess you weren't the only one screwed over by this guy.
