Hope you enjoy them and if you spot any errors in these new updates, please email HPS Support with the info and a BTL file. Thanks Guys Glenn RE: Panzer Campaign Patches - part #1 - Lowlander - 12-01-2006 Thanks Glenn, great stuff. Playing Minsk'44 HTH campaign, in the Find Unit Dialog I cannot find HQ XXVII AK Stab, I'm gettin, unable to find string in OOB report. Although the HQ is in the game and present on map. Should say that this game is another masterpiece, however be warned it will take all your spare time, but on the plus side you get a good break between turns !!!. RE: Panzer Campaign Patches - part #1 - Engelbrekt - 12-02-2006 New rule, from the manual: Patrolling It is possible to put a unit with men (not vehicles or guns) into a Patrolling state. To do this requires the full movement allowance of the unit and the unit cannot be Broken. While Patrolling, the unit will negate the ability of any Partisan unit within Deception range of having any Deception effects. In addition, a Patrolling unit will be able to spot any enemy unit within 2 hexes, regardless of line-of-sight restrictions. While in a Patrolling state, a unit has a 3/4 assault and fire value. It costs 1/2 of the movement allowance of the unit to recall Patrols. This is done automatically when the unit moves. Is this included in Minsk 44 stock version? //Engelbrekt RE: Panzer Campaign Patches - part #1 - Engelbrekt - 12-02-2006 RE:Panzer Campaign Patches - part #1 - Glenn Saunders - 12-02-2006 RE:Panzer Campaign Patches - part #1 - Glenn Saunders - 12-02-2006 Lowlander Wrote:Thanks Glenn, great stuff. Glenn RE: Panzer Campaign Patches - part #1 - Krak - 12-03-2006 Is it possible to update/patch a game without restarting a scenario? Currently I am playing the stock S42 campaign. I would like to update it but I don't want to crash it. Great game this, I have a nasty surprise waiting for my russian friend... RE: Panzer Campaign Patches - part #1 - Ricky B - 12-03-2006 The updates almost never mess with existing games, outside of both players needing to update at the same time. You shouldn't have any problems. Rick RE: Panzer Campaign Patches - part #1 - Krak - 12-03-2006 Thanks, will go ahead with update. RE: Panzer Campaign Patches - part #1 - Richrd - 12-03-2006 I was looking forward to the patches mostly for the quality fatigue modifier thingy. But, my goodness, the component list stuff is first rate, and I am really glad to have it. Thank you. |
