Blows a whistle and the game is paused. He walks over to the knocked out tank, climbs onto it and plonks the large sign right on top of it. He then walks to the edge of the map and before vanishing, blows his whistle again and the battle resumes. The sign should say, THIS TANK IS KNOCKED OUT! :) And to all the Blitz members out there, MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!
