I'd rather have the disks than a simple upgrade. Bootie, apparently it needs 2 gig of RAM to run decently so hope you've got a recent PC. I have 2 gig on mine, and its reasonably quick, but I still can't see any compelling reason to shift to Vista until such time as I get a DX10 video card, which won't be anytime soon....maybe in a coupla years. From what I've heard, the Home Premium edition is the appropriate one to get...the straight Home edition is not worth buying. Most likely I'll get it the next time I buy a new PC.
