If you use basic security it is possible to continue a game after patching... HOWEVER..... There are many changes in this patch, not just to the mechanics of the game but also to OOBs. I would STRONGLY suggest finishing or abandoning your current games before patching. Or create a new installation for v3 if you have the space for it. V3 has been tested hard but as always there could well be issues that pop up as more players give it a work out on release. It's a great patch full of excellent changes and additions. Based on that I'd say give it a couple months or so but I'd just be guessing. |
