Strange defense strength - Andrew - 02-02-2007 Just noticed a strange thing in the Volcanoe man alternate Bulge campaign game (MaNamara DB scenario I believe). The Tiger tank battalions in the SS Panzer Divisions both have a defense strength of 10. This compares to the various Panther units defense strength of 25, The Mk IV's units rating of 11 and various tank destroyer units at 12 to 19. Looks like a data base error to me. Any comments? RE: Strange defense strength - Andrew - 02-02-2007 Thats the Tiger II unit. I am referring to the two Tiger 1 units - one in KG Peiper, 1st SS and the other in PZ Reg 12, 12th SS. In the initialk set up they are in hexes 154,20 and 154,5 respectively. I didn't look closely enough and mistook the image for a Tiger. That explains why the US TD battalions keep on shooting them to bits.
