Spotting - Montana Grizz - 02-10-2007 I realize that just because you can see something like a gully or trench, that doesn't mean you can actually see a unit in said depression unless it fires. My question is: Is one more apt to view a unit in a gully or trench if viewed from the side or an elevation? Thanks guys, Pat RE: Spotting - McIvan - 02-10-2007 Not from the side. I am unsure, however, whether elevation makes a diff. I don't think so, but am not certain. RE: Spotting - Big Dawg - 02-11-2007 Pat, Keep in mind the opponant can sometimes see your unit even if it has not moved or fired. Sometimes you do not know if your unit has been detected until it is too late. Jack |
