Battalions 2 covers Tank Battalions and Battalions 3 covers Recon, Armored and Air Cavalry units.

Hi Marcus, Yep. It did. I'm doing it mostly so I don't go digging in half a dozen books. I'm not sure what's next. I may just roll things up into Brigade/Regimental TOEs. Seems to be about the size of many games.
Or I'll do another country. Suggestions?

Epoletov- TOE is different in 1998.

It would be nice to have a TO&E for GSF Germany in the mid 70's. I tried to locate material about a decade ago for that, but never got very far. Bought a book called Est vs West, but I found enough things wrong with it that I wondered about the things I didn't find. The Russians are still secretive about it, even though there is no need. Habit I guess. When the Cavalry was transferred to the trenchs in WW1 they were still required to carry their sabers and wear their spurs. One of the Mysteries of the military mind.

Okay Grummi, that won't be too hard as I gots some old DIA pubs, Army STs and an old copy of Isby's " Weapons and Tactics of the Soviet Army". GSFG and GSFC which translates to the First and Second Western Fronts and the Central Front. My days in S-2 were not a total waste ;)

With a 1500 HP stove, I figured you for the fastest slider in NATO.
I sent a re-do of the treasure Island snowball fight. I set the vision in single digit range, so your bulges will provide sound echos for navigation. At least until I fire up my engines. I was nice, I left the ski troops back at the barracks, slurpin down the borche.
