TOAW 3.1.0.9 Non-English languages update patch - ralphtrickey - 03-10-2007 There is a patch out for Operational Art of War 3.1.0.9 for Non-English languages. I apologize for this slipping through testing, Once I heard about it, it was obvious what was happening. :-( 3.1.0.9 has a problem with non-English language equipment displaying in English. If you are playing a non-English language version, you should unzip the equipment.eqp file inthe below link into the C:/Matrix Games/The Operational Art of War/Graphics directory.
