ES 1.03: Updated to SAW? - HirooOnoda - 07-25-2007 I just DLd the latest 1.03 ES patch and noticed that my units don't increase their weapons efficiency after a few turns of not using their weapons. I thought 1.03 upgraded ES to SAW standards. Ideas? Comments?
