Normandy and Budapest Monster Campaigns AAR - Indragnir - 09-08-2007

Hi folks,

I'm going to post at the end of each game day my AAR for Normandy and Budapest in this thread.

I know Normandy could be very long AAR... but we're young aren't we? :)

Stay tunned

Bests

What do you mean by "WE?" Do you have a mouse in your pocket?

Hahahaha, It seems you've played Baldur's Gate :)
Great game.

No, sorry, never played that one, only wargames. Does that mean you've come across that expression in "Baldur's Gate?"

I have the Buda game and I was looking at the scenario you mentioned, but I'm too much of a virgin to try something that big.

I'm curious though, maybe you can tell me how long it takes to eliminate the remaining Axis defenders in the city of Budapest?

I've never played that scenario before, also I'm playing as Axis, maybe I haven't the best answear but in my opinion, with so many bunkers and pillboxed upon city terrain (-30% to -50%) make Budapest very durable, it would cost many casualties and many time to russians finally overcome Budapest festung.

Yeah, I imagine it would take some time. I guess you'll find out how long it takes when all those spare divisions start appearing on your front. Good luck in your game, I'll be looking for your AAR:
