SPECIAL CONSOLATION AWARD TO BERT BLITZKRIEG!

He went out of my Pripet Tourney in Round 1 by sheer bad luck because his game against Raz Atoth ended in a 50%-50% draw, so I had to decide the winner myself according to whoever had most units left, and as Raz had one tank more at the end, he went through to round 2.

Bert can therefore get consolation from knowing he went out unbeaten on points, and as further consolation I'm sending him this small 1/72 metal model Churchill to use as a paperweight or whatever.. :)

@Bootie: at last I win something (by loosing) in a CM tournament and you suggest to melt the proof of my success down ? Never !
Don't like fishing as a matter of fact. If you want to relax near the water why not sit on the riverbank without the fishing rod ? Much less fuss.

Incidentally I also awarded metal models (a matching pair of Panther and T-34) to Edwin Vos in 2003 for the good work he did running the Rugged Defense CM site.
I'd like to award more items to people (Trophies, Shields, Medals, Ribbons, metal models etc) for all sorts of achievements, that's why the only solution is for me to start my own site where I'm in complete control and can put my full weight into running it my way, and hand out awards to my members by the truckload.

Well if you cant design a website then your gonna have trouble matey. It actually isnt that hard... I taught myself and with the odd bit of help it runs pretty smooth... go on take the plunge.
