I believe they are HESH rounds.
It brings back memories of when I was a gunner on the then new Leo C1A1.
They look so different now!

I was had a notion of a tournament that was fought by sucessive generations. Find some place with terrain maps that show the development of the area and fight a battle post WW1, or WW1 if you want to stretch things a little, then the next generation fights a WW2 battle at the same location, then the next generation fights a 'hot' cold war battle.
That was a while back and the group I was gaming with then had no interest. I was laughed out of the room, sent for chips or something like that. Now that the 21st century is here, we could add a 'Muslim uprising' battle.
