Matrix Games Battleground bundles - Havoc - 12-07-2007 Anyone know if they made any improvements beyond the 32bit patch? Their advertising says John Tiller assisted them in making improvements, but no mention of what those are. I have all the original ones and don't want to waste money buying them again unless there are worthwhile changes. Are they compatible with the old ones for playing? And, from the comments I have seen from the few people that have bought the games already there have been no improvements made at all. They are compatible with the previous versions however. I saw a one gig for 9 dollars. Malcolm RE: Matrix Games Battleground bundles - Malcolm - 01-09-2008 So far I managed to get BG Waterloo to run on Vista in 16 bit with the full updates. Things went haywire after the 32 bit file was applied because the "engine" will not read the scenario files. The good part was I picked the battle and chose the sides etc. RE: Matrix Games Battleground bundles - Danny Boy - 02-04-2008 The Matrix games "are" or "are not" compatible with the BG games? I heard they were not. Malcolm, I run my games on a flashdrive & they all work fine.
