winSPMBT on Linux - Deadeye - 12-13-2007 Thought I'd post this here if anyone else is interested in running winSPMBT under Linux. Reference this page: http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=9301 It describes getting winSPMBT DL version 3.5 running under WINE. The key is to patch & re-build WINE to get the mouse working. This method should work for newer versions of WINE as well but if mouse problems exist, the patch just has to be modified & applied to the newer version of WINE. This was done under Kubuntu 6.10, but should work under most distros since WINE is fairly independent of the underlying distro. And yes the CD version and PBEM work as well. This is the setup that I am currently using to play winSPMBT. Deadeye
