Medium tanks take-on heavy tank at distance - RNL Tiger - 12-18-2007 Medium tanks should not do well against heavy tanks at distance [>500m] unless they outnumber the heavy tank and then they might by able to survive the encounter. These two T-34/85 take on the tiger [by accident] and get a couple of ricochets for their efforts. The tiger shoots a couple of times and misses. When a third T-34/85 arrives and also starts to take on the tiger it decides that discretion is the better part of valour and to retreat RE: Medium tanks take-on heavy tank at distance - RNL Tiger - 12-18-2007 Later on the tiger is distracted by some PTRD fire and then the T-34/85 takes the opportunity to strike and one of the shots immobilises the tiger. Once that happens the tiger is quickly abandoned... |
