Matrix Versions -Confusion??? - K K Rossokolski - 01-28-2008 I am confused here, and am willing to speculate that I ain't Robinson Crusoe. I have Matrix installed (late 2007) -Version 2.0 it says on the help button at the top of the game screen. I installed from the CD, being for some reason unable to achieve electronic download. I had, for my own reasons, been inactive in the club for the latter half of last year From what I can see from Matrix site, latest patch is V1.02 dated last July. What is the relationship of this patch to Version 2.0?? Surely 2.0 is superior to 1.02....it is if basic arithmetic means anything!!! The plot thickens.............. In an earlier Kellski1 post (title "worthless" ) dealing with engineer ineptitude, it seems, from the highest level, that the latest version is 1.02b? Was there a 1.02a? Where does this patch 1.02b come from??? I don't see it on the Matrix site. Does the Club run updates separate from Matrix? If so, who runs CS -Matrix or the Blitz? Certainly in the pre-Matrix days this club was probably the only entity keeping CS alive. Things were supposed to change -a whole vibrant new future- with the Matrix rework. At the moment......... ?? I request an answer, from Command level please. RE: Matrix Versions -Confusion??? - Jason Petho - 01-28-2008 The version issue is corrected with the 1.03 UPDATE. An FYI: What's left: 1. Complete and test the new Bootcamp scenarios. 2. Write up for said Bootcamp scenarios. 3. A couple of video tutorials. 4. New images for the updated Manual. 5. Update US OOB for DCG's using the new organizations. 6. I do think the existence of two ( or more?) download points could cause confusion. So should I download the 1.02b Patch?
